**Been coming here since I was kid and I'm always welcomed with knowledgeable service when I come in!
And as a musician for more than a decade these guys' have never let me down in my many different musical endeavors. Just yesterday I came in to inquire about Floyd Rose tremolo systems and Troy Leavitt (tech) delayed his break without mention to give me the scoop on the whole shabam. Chris also goes above and beyond and most other members.
The only reason I'm rating the store itself four stars is because whenever I call in over the phone about what's stocked or who's available I don't get consistent information compared to when I go in... But like most things in life, it's better just to do these kinds of things in person anyways. Love you guys'!

Great selection and the staff was knowledgeable and very helpful. Prices were competitive with other places.
Smaller store. Decent guitar selection. They have more used gear than new. Which isn't a bad thing, but would be nice to have a selection of brand new all tube heads and cabinets. Staff was nice enough. I walked in looking to buy a half stack or 2x12 with an all tube high gain head. I was hoping they had a 5150 or 6505 or any EVH but all they had was a Hughes and ketner TubeMaster used. sounds great but was looking for something a little different and hope they had more selection. I get it they stock what they sell it's understandable. Usually guitar centers have a bigger selection.
Stood here for a good 15 mins no help terrible customer service guess ill buy from someone who wants my business
