staff was super awesome. Can't remember the employees names, but they were beyond helpful. I did trade-in and bought some Wii-U games for my gfs kids. The dude helped me to get signed up for pro membership, and walk away with the game I wanted (breath of the wild 🤘) and like 3 more games. It was an excellent experience for me, for her, and her kids. For my girlfriend who isn't a gamer, she bad a pleasant experience with me in there, because of how friendly and helpful they were! Thank You Gamestop! And underpaid heroes!

Manager had allowed his friends to backdoor consoles by leaving chairs and coming back to them when there was physically 4 ppl ahead of them. Upon arrival his friends approached him and he then told us that he knows them and that they were here prior. But when we explained that they weren’t their, left their spot, and then returned to chairs upon seeing us in line physically for hrs the manager sided w/ his friends and allowed them to buy consoles ahead of us. This by far the most baffling experience I’ve ever come across. This isn’t fair to those who were actually physically in the cold waiting for a fair legitimate opportunity to purchase a console. Definitely WILL NOT be doing business here at this location and I’d also advise corporate to look into camp out procedures and BACKDOORING at this specific location. Not a good way to conduct business or represent a company.

In person they are very helpful, the automated call system is not something I am a big fan of as it is implemented right now.

During my last visit I went in looking for a game not really expecting to find it but figured I would ask anyway. They had it and plenty in stock and the employee lectured me that I need to pre order the games I want ahead of time if I want them near release date. So that was kinda rude. And I don't shop there very often and the staff spend more time trying to get me to sign up for the power rewards cards than they do helping me make my purchase. If I say no tell me that's okay and continue to help me with my transaction. Not spend 3-5 minutes trying to get me to buy something I will never use.
