Went to Best Buy. Called my purchase in, pulled in the parking lot, within 5 minutes was on my way home. The young man was waiting in the parking lot. He was polite, kind, & very fast! Never had a curbside pickup, go so smoothly! Thank you Best Buy, & the young man that helped me. He waited on the other customers as soon as they pulled in also. I am amazed! I'll be back soon!

I recently went into this Best Buy store looking for a Mac book. The manager spotted me right away and came to help me. He was so kind and generous with his knowledge. He helped me find the best laptop for my needs and made sure I got the best price available. He did all of this while still directing employees to guests that needed help. I was so impressed. I’m not sure if his name but he had dark hair. That special attention to guests is what makes the difference. Thank you.

Absolutely LOVE this store!! The associates are so friendly and helpful!! Today we had to take a chromebook back to the riverdale store. It was having issues, a supervisor named Brandon took great care of us! He was very customer service oriented and knowledgeable about different products. He helped us find a laptop that was a better fit for my son. His kindness is much appreciated!! His only flaw is being a cowboys fan 😂😂😂 Just kidding.... sort of 😁 lol

I just wanted to give a shout out to Sam at the Riverdale Best Buy store. Sam helped me resolve an issue I had with Samsung. He listened to my problem and never once argued with me. He genuinely wanted to help make it right even though it was not any of the employees fault. Everyone at this store is super friendly and helpful. I wouldn't shop anywhere else. Thanks guys!

Best buy has vastly improved what it sales for DIY PC builders. Due to corona some things may not be in stock. But check online you might be able to get it there. Store pick up beats having hundreds of dollars worth of PC parts sitting on my porch. Friendly staff sold by Amazon price match is awesome.
