Trying to return a bedroom suit that was my mother n law and she passed away and we can't afford it. We had issues with bedbugs but had the suit treated. They came to p/u and one of the men pulled the backing from the headboard and said he saw a bedbug. I looked and haven't seen it yet. He had took it down the 13 steps from my front porch and when I asked him to put it back up because I'm disabled he said no. At that point they told me for the 10th time they couldn't pick it up because of the ONE bug I didn't see. They offered NO solution to benefit both of us so I asked them to get off my property and leave. They admitted they've had these issues before with bedbugs but wouldn't share with me what they did. Even Crystal couldn't give me a straight answer. There is already 1000 dollars invested in this suit. We can't afford it and don't need it. I'm a proactive person and very reasonable until you keep repeating the same thing with no answer as to how to resolve this problem. I've been doing business with Aarons for over 20 years. We still have one bedroom suit and a freezer that we wish to keep. But due to the poor customer service and this ongoing problem I will never do business with them again. And after doing some research it seems they have past problems with bedbugs so its not like we are the first . What did they do to fix the problem ????

Crystal as always is amazing and always helps us out no matter what we need. She's very pleasant to talk to and she makes every situation simple and easy. we recently had a couch and a dryer delivered by Tony and Sonny, they did an amazing job as well. Clean quick and efficient and went above and beyond! If I could give over five stars for these three employees I would give ten! Will always be a repeat customer because of these 3 awesome employees and the amazing deals. 😁

Paul was extremely helpful and very polite, he helped me get everything I needed within my budget and made sure the delivery guys was on time and in the time frame I needed them to be there

Really bad service only because i am hiapanic she didn’t talk to me she ignored me and she said that all my information was rong and ahe made me fill out a lot of papers and only for her to say you are nat in here and everything is very old and has dog hair in it
