Corporate mergers hose loyal customers. I am told to pickup a new sims card for full T-Mobil experience. Been here for near 2 hours. Jacob is full of "I cant". I asked to sell me the sims card and i can go home and activate. We have Sprint business on the line and they are telling him to give me the sims card. They are stuck in an internal disagreement while customer waits. Patience is running out with the merger and T-Mobile experience....
Carolina helped us upgrade our phones, buy 2 apple watches, and add two new lines. She was so fast and answered all my questions. The fastest service I’ve ever had at a T-Mobile store & the best experience. I will always come to this store from now on!

Staff went above and beyond to help me find the best deal and get everything set up for me. Would definitely recommend!
Unfortunately I want able to get the deal I wanted and ultimately left this store with nothing. On the other hand Jason and Harrison are a pleasure to work with. I left this location with confidence that they will fix the problem. They offer good customer service. The best way to get a hold of them is to go in person. I would recommend this place and I am sure to revisit them.
