We had a great experience at this furniture store. They custom- built our couch for us to have extra support and so that we could pick the material we wanted. When they delivered our furniture, one side table had paint chipped off and they banged up our door frame a bit. They replaced our table two days later and sent someone to fix the door frame within just a few hours. We are really happy with all of it!
Richard was amazing and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. He took extra time with us to ensure we were happy when we walked out the door. Highly reccomend!!!
Sparrows has always been great to work with. We got a great price on a couch/love seat set a few years ago and we just bought a dining room table set from them today. We were thinking about going through Ashley Furniture for a specific dining room table but we didn't have a good customer service experience with them so we looked up Sparrows inventory and they had the exact table we were looking for. We talked with Peter and he helped us work out a deal and gave us great customer service! We definitely recommend them!
