We have looked at different stores but didn't buy until going into Riverdale store. Quinton took such good care of us we couldn't resist. He was so knowledgeable and personable. He could discern our needs and wants. He allowed us to study pro cons less expensive and better quality without pushing us. He let us alone to study out by ourselves and answered all questions intelligently. He gave us the best deal he could...black Friday. Best salesman ever. Will wait to check out bed when it arrives....
Im so happy I stopped by this store today. This store is awesome, ordered the bed of my dreams, the salesman, Chris was so very helpful. The prices were great, store had a wide selection of very nice beds, go look for yourself, I'm sure if you have special request for extra soft, extra firm, they have every size & every kind. This store is amazing!!!!! My husband and I had a horrible experience with the online ordering we were sent beds that we didn’t want. If you want to sleep on brick board go ahead and order online. We went to Riverdale and Dennis he is the manager he got our family in some amazing mattress at a reasonable price. Thank you so much for the hard work and amazing beds!! I highly recommend this store and ask for Dennis!!
The Mattress Firm is an awesome place to start your great search for comfort. We walked in thinking "oh we'll just lay on every matress till one feels right." Which wasn't bad... But Dennis took the time to explain the materials of the most comfortable mattresses cheap and expensive. We walked out very excited for our new mattress, so thank you for your help!!
Stopped in to check out a bed I've been window shopping. Service and professionalism was right on point without being pushy. The very young sales person was very seasoned and equally professional. Because of this, his sincere commitment to his product line, (understood the technology as well as health benefits) and his respect towards my wife and I (gave us info, left for us to sample and chat, gave us more info, left etc) he actually earned my business. Then when I compared product pricing elsewhere, they were absolutely competitive! This particular store and this young salesman (Quinton) earned my trust, respect and business. I would highly recommend!
