I was promptly greeted and helped with every question I had. I was told if what I wanted was in stock it would take 10-14 days, but if they needed to do custom work them it could take upwards of 4 month. Chris was very straight forward with me and made it a good experience. He got me every discount under the sun that he could, gave me the options for payment and I left happy and comfortable with my purchase. I would 100% suggest buying La-Z-Boy. Their warranties are top notch as is the longevity of the couches. Don't go in expecting to get high garage sale prices. I've seen other reviews saying that they are unwavering and forceful with products. Chris was nothing but upfront, honest and helpful.

So far the service has been great, no pressure at all. Hopefully everything goes great all the way through. I haven't received my chair yet. Waiting 3 to 4 months is kind of a pain. If the chair is what I want and is durable it will be worth it.

Hello, Chris helped me choose the most perfect la-z-boy for my home eyelash studio. He was so pleasant to talk to and could certainly read the room, he was knowledgeable and understanding about my expectations and we had a fun time looking at, sitting on and squishing all the possible recliners Within my budget. Chris is a very warm tea member at the Riverdale, UT location. I am very excited about my lazboy, I couldn’t take it home right away and even though it was off the market he made me feel like he personally was going to guard the darn thing until I got back, I don’t know, that felt nice.

My husband and I spend the whole Labor Day weekend searching several stores for a new living room sofa. Although we could spend less money other places, we never received the personal attention from any other sales associate and never came close to the quality of furniture anywhere else. I’m sure we sat in 50 different sofas and chairs but LaZ Boy was by far the most comfortable and best quality. I love being able to personalize my furniture to what I want not the other way around. All and all was an excellent experience. Can’t wait to return and replace the rest of my furniture.

Ted, Stephanie and Rachel were awesome in helping my wife and I select the right pieces of furniture and fabrics for our new mountain home. The level of customer service we received is unmatched from any other furniture store we’ve shopped at. Their attention to detail in regards to creating renderings showing how the furniture pieces will fit in our home, coordinating fabrics and incorporating complementary accessories resulted in selections that will make our new home amazing.
