In house presentation and sales service was fantastic; attentive, understanding, honest. Delivery service was extremely poor; 5 hours late (delivery time was 2pm-4pm they arrived at 9:30pm), no communication, left without confirming all was well (forgot to give instructions and confirm products were correct and not damaged). I can’t imagine the delivery service is always this bad, but it majorly impacted us. Customer service listened to my feedback and expressed sincere empathy. They repaired the relationship. We have another delivery coming, hopefully I’ll see the correct side of how they do it. Update 11/30/2020 Customer service contacted me with a sincere apology again and accommodations for the poor delivery service. This shows great leadership and integrity to hold to RC Willey’s 5 star service. They listened and passed on my feedback, knowing that you are heard is so important as a customer. Thank you to the teams involved in this matter and corporate for implementing great values. And this was within a couple days, very diligent. My fifth star has been redeemed.

Bruce was totally awesome! Here was willing to take the time to answer all of our questions and allow us to compare different washer. Her didn't complain once about the 1.5 hours were took to make up or mind about the clothes washer were wanted.

Great experience with RC Willey in Riverdale, Utah. Our Fridge/Freezer unexpectedly broke down. It was old anyway, so we decided it was best to replace it. We searched the web hoping for a quick replacement. We quickly discovered that due to COVID delivery wait times were long and selection limited. After several hours of research, I called RC Willey in Riverdale as a shot in the dark with the hope they just might have something available in store. The sales person (Margie) was extremely helpful, quickly narrowed down our requirements size, brand, features etc and said I will call you back. Within five minutes she called back to tell us she had located a couple of possibilities that might fit our requirement. We were able to view them online and one was perfect for our needs, and surprisingly almost identical to the model we had tentatively identified on-line. To my astonishment delivery was within two days!! Way to go...saved our bacon and we got a good deal as well. Thanks Margie, great eye/ear for detail and we appreciate the quick response to our emergency situation!! Five stars!

Our sales person was absolutely the best! She was not high pressure and help us find exactly what we needed. She gave me her card at the end so that we could contact her with any updates we might have because the things I bought were for a new home. It was a great experience.

Wyatt was very patient with me and very helpful in assisting me with my purchases. However, the girl at the counter was only interested in getting my money. She acted like she'd liked to have been somewhere else. Personality of a stone!! Customers like to feel welcome and she should be more personable. I have always shopped RC Willey's . Enjoy the fact I can browse and not be pestered. 😄
