Found just what I was looking for! Thanks
My wife and I had a great experience. We had been researching mattresses online for awhile and had settled on one from Brooklyn bedding. We didn’t know that they had physical store fronts, so we were planning on buying online. We happened to see the store front while running errands one day and decided to swing by. The sales person was very helpful, friendly and was not pushy at all. They were happy to answer all of our questions without trying to upsell us. Overall we had a great experience.
We have been looking for a long time for a bed
Candy was very nice and helpful. She was patient with us and she also helped us order a split California king base that is not featured on the web. The beds are fabulous and the bases are the best that we have seen! Thank you for an awesome experience!
We had done some research and decided to drive to the Ogden location. Kandy was very friendly and helpful (and also followed safety protocols). We came in for the Aurora Hybrid, and were able to test it and a few others. Once we confirmed that we wanted the Aurora, Kandy completed the transaction quickly and efficiently, and even helped us load our mattress in our vehicle! We were in and out in less than 30 minutes! We highly recommend this location of Brooklyn Bedding (all of the same warranties, pricing and trial periods as buying online too!) - Kandy provides a comfortable personal touch and it was nice to test the mattresses before buying.
Travis is the man. Super helpful and friendly. He showed me multiple products and exactly how much everything would be after taxes. This is the way a sales person should be. He wasn't pushy like a lot of sales people. Which is why I bought from Brooklyn bedding. Thanks travis you rock dude.
