We have went through 3 beds in the past 9 months. Yes that’s right ! 3 beds. We purchased them at another company. They had great customer service and we did get a credit. We decided to use our credit for furniture and go to a mattress only store. We spent an hour talking with Samuel. He was great and explained everything about all the beds. Thanks for having the knowledge we needed.
I bought a mattress and adjustable bed frame from Bowen Wilson. He was very knowledgeable, professional and directed me in the right direction for what I was looking for. He is an excellent salesman!! I highly recommend Bowen Wilson and Mattress Firm!! Thank you! The delivery men were extremely good and answered questions. We had an amazing experience with the sales rep. Rachael Carey ,she was so personable and friendly and did everything in her power to give us the best deal on the mattress my wife wanted.
