They demonstrated professionalism and knowledge of merchandise which are important to me when purchasing for our home.
When other customers came in they seamlessly were able to welcome and accommodate the needs of all of us.

I recently visited this store to purchase carpet for a vehicle I am working on. The employees were very friendly and attentive. After choosing my carpet, the girls and I crawled around in the floor for a bit while measuring and cutting. I wish I could remember the name of the girl who helped me as she was fantastic. Very pretty to look at through the plastic cough shield on her desk. I'll definitely be back when I require more carpet.
I worked with Shay. Very helpful and reliably returned calls, which is very important to me. She went the extra mile to make sure the large order was accurate and timing was understood. Their prices are very competitive for top quality products.

I came in to get an estimate, someone came to my home and took measurements. I never received a call with an estimate, I came in and dropped off my samples and spoke to the gentleman that helped me, I don't remember his name but he said he would call me, I never received a call. I needed some other flooring done but they didn't have the material in stock and the lady that helped me said she would look into it and call me back but I never received a call.
Update: I received a call from Jenny and she took care of me, she found the product that I was looking for and provided me with an estimate. Thank you.
