I have always enjoyed working with Jerry, have enjoyed using their instruments, and have had good things to say about them. However, I brought in a native american flute for them to repair. They told me they would see what they could do to fix it. WELL OVER A YEAR later, and multiple calls checking in, they hadn't even touched it. I wished they would have had better communication with me that this repair wasn't going to work out - that is all I would ask. I hope their communication is better for the rest of their business dealings. Very disappointed.

Unique music store focused on acoustic instruments that you can build yourself although they will build them for you and you can rent to buy.nnThere is a strong presence for those people interested in folk or troubadour harps.nnThese instruments are well designed, strong lightweight professional quality and beautiful to look at as well.nnI have played a 31 string Gothic style harp that I built 30 years ago. It was a gratifying accomplishment to build and decorate and finish.nnThe parts and instructions are meant for the average person, with basic tools. I recommend the option of getting the neck pre-drilled for the placement of tuning and guide pins.nnI've traveled with it across the USA and to France for international travel and competition.nnIt is still a beautiful design and has a mature, rich warm tone. People love hearing the music it produces.

Wonderful place to buy lots to make your own musical instruments or to buy them premade, they are very helpful. My husband had made several of their kits.

Beautiful well designed harps and other musical instruments available as kits for DIY-ers or assembled beautifully crafted instruments if you are not.nnFriendly knowledgeable, encouraging staff can assist in any way.nnI have several harps that stand the test of time over 28 years.
