Devin delivered our sauna on-time and even called 30 minutes prior to delivery which made it so convenient! He was professional, courteous and took great care of unloading the heavy boxes! Thanks for the great service!!!

Complete unprofessional service! Company does not communicate. Been waiting on a shipment that was supposed to be delivered 3 days ago. They called only once the day after my shipment was supposed to be delivered to schedule their delivery appointment for the next day. Giving an extra 3 hours to allow for FMCFR hours of service regulations, I did not receive the shipment or even a phone call in regards to them not being able to meet their appointment time. If you are time restricted or shipping high value items, I recommend finding a more professional service provider.

I have companies ship things to my work on a regular basis. They broker out their work. In some cases they pay extra to have the company doing the shipping required to call me an make an appointment so I know when they will be coming. So far not once has Valley Cartage done as instructed. The reason for the requirement is Valley Cartage delivers my shipments to the building next door. They ignore the address on the shipping information they have. The guy next door signs for, and unloads, my deliveries. I find out the shipment was delivered when I go and track my shippment. Remember, not once have they come to the right address. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I don't really care if it's easier for them to deliver it to my neighbor. It's not being shipped to my neighbor. Deliver my shipments to me at my address. Folow the instructions on your paperwork. ALL of the instructions. Valley Cartage made a delivery last week for me to the guy next door. I learned today that it had been delivered. I can't stress it enough, DELIVER TO THE ADDRESS IT WAS SHIPPED TO! One of the worst companies I have to deal with. I can't say we work together. If we worked together they would actually come to my address and have a small bit of time here. These guys I have to deal with. I will never send a shipment using them because of their horrible business practices. Oh, my address is on three places to enter the property. It is not hidden.

I took the afternoon off to wait for the delivery. No phone call no explanation. I've been calling them over and over again. No one is calling back. The shipment is for job I'm supposed to start tomorrow.
