First off when I called the online number the lady was very helpful to what size of unit I would need and she was right. Second when I got to the location it was almost closing time and the lady wasn't worried about the time she made sure that I understood everything. Last the unit was very clean I've had a few storage units in the past and they were always dirty, no stains or dirt on the floor. I would recommend Extra Space Storage to anyone.
Management was so helpful to get us taken care of and show us the space especially since we just walked it without notice. I feel comfortable that our stuff will stay safe!!
Got a unit online, quickly and easily, even came with free lock and keys, which was super convenient. Great prices and friendly, helpful staff
The new manager has really stepped it up and has started to clean up this place. It's being better managed and it shows. It could use more security cameras for better security.
The “assistant manager” Nate is horrible!!!! Didn’t claim that our storage was a cylinder lock, told me they didn’t have anything available without a cylinder lock when I was I was just there in their lot! I asked for a refund back because I’m not paying 50 bucks for a lock after paying almost 100 for my unit!!! He decided he did not want to give me a refund for the inconvenience on his part and was completely disrespectful!!! Horrible horrible management!!!
