Pete was extremely helpful over the phone during my initial call to SE Computers. From our conversation he had a good idea what was wrong with my Toshiba Satellite Laptop and was able to give me an estimate charge to repair. Upon bringing in my laptop he and his staff were courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. He told me when they would be able to look at it, which he called me when they had opened it up and what they had found that was in need of repair and to confirm I wanted them to proceed. When Pete called me with the repair finished, it was earlier than he had estimated and gave me some recommendations of general upkeep to ensure its longevity. My laptop has been working absolutely great since, even faster, and no repeating issues since Pete and his team had repaired my laptop. Will DEFINITELY be bringing any computer in need of repair to SE Computers.
