My wife and I have always talked about installing a sauna in our house because we'd like to experience the benefits but don't want the accompanying gym membership. We were so pleased to find Break Free Health & Wellness right here in Janesville, offering us the opportunity to purchase a package of sauna visits that we can schedule when convenient for us. The facility is bright, clean, and welcoming. The owner, Rebecca, is very friendly and open to answering questions and offering advice. We wholeheartedly recommend purchasing a visit or two and trying it out!
I’ve enjoyed the benefits of regular sauna sessions for a couple of years now and would highly recommend them! Also used Rebecca’s health coaching expertise and have lost 50 pounds and am maintaining! Everyone should try Break Free...it’s the best!
