I absolutely love Dunkin and especially at this store. I always get great customer service and every employee has a great attitude. Its fast and a great way to start or end your day!!
I was hoping I had found a cheaper spot to get coffee, but I don't think I'll be getting a latte here again. The donut was fine and the customer service was great, but I watched the employee who made my drink use a dirty steamer wand to make my latte and just. No. Maybe it's in my head but something just tasted off about my drink. It tasted a bit like soap, if I'm being honest. I was the only person in the store at the time - although I can't attest to drive through traffic - so I don't think they were busy enough to have simply forgotten it. I don't blame the employee, though. That's really a training thing.nI know where to go the next time I get a craving for donuts, though, so at least there's that.
This DD gets REALLY busy, I don't recommend going on weekends but they make delicious coffee.nnLove it.
Absolutely the worst dunkin that I have ever been to. The staff us trying. But they aren't trained properly.
The manager is lazy and seemed to be treating a brand new employee poorly. He also didn't bother to train her because this was by far the worst coffee I've ever had in my life. It tasted burnt and there were massive clumps of some unknown powder floating on the top. I should've saved my time and money and gone to the mcdonald's across the street
