A bit overpriced, but a nice place
Tonight I decided to splurge on myself! I order online for curbside pick up, one of the signatures.
when I got there I was told I'm sorry but we are busy and short staffed so you will have to come in!
I was told come to the front and we will give it to you. I walked in and was asked my name which I gave them and they went back to what they were doing. Finally another young lady came and asked my name again, she handed me a bag from the freezer and told me to have a good night!
I went to my car and decided to double check. Well I'm glad I did because the waffle bowl was not in my bag so I go back in where I am again ignored. Finally I get my bowl and leave, my house is 3 minutes from the store. When get home my ice cream is a melted mess like it was sitting out but the fruit is completely frozen... I am not impressed with the service or ice cream. P.S. if you are going to do curbside pick up have enough staff to actually accommodate.
The employees here are not exactly the best minimum wage worker. They don’t know how to listen and they won’t work with you, tryed to order a milk shake but they ran out of milk... I said I don’t need milk just make it a think shake they refused to do that it’s really not that hard I went home put it in the blender for five seconds.
I love this place with all my taste buds! Seriously though, quality treats with excellent service. I love going here, my kids love going here, and it's a place where you can find something for everyone. I definitely recommend it.
Great place, good customer service. Helped with my needs since I walked through the door. Prompt customer service and great ice cream.
