I truly enjoy this place. The employees go above and beyond even helping me figure out some wonky thing on my phone. They are always smiling and speak pleasantly to each other behind the counter. I love their iced vanilla coffee!! It's not full of sugar, unless you want it to be of course, and has a great flavor. AND they have turkey sausage! Best breakfast sandwich I have had in a while for certain.

This is how my cold brew was served to me. Should have either been free or charged for a small. Theres an amazing reason why Starbucks drive thru is wrapped around the building, while Dunkin has a whopping three cars in their line. (Only reason I decided to give them another chance in the first place) they can never get my order correct and its simple.

This Dunkin needs a new captain to run the ship. They are always out of essentials, milk whipped cream, popular ice cream, donuts and one time they were out of COFFEE! I’m not sure how that happens....nThey need someone experienced to run the drive through, or help the new people run it.nnThe staff has said they are frustrated because the shake machines are broken / worn out. It’s hard to do a good job if the equipment fails you and you have no stock to fill the needs of the customers.nThe staff in general are nice but seem frustrated for obvious reasons.nnI beg this location and Scott to make it better. I was told Scott is the owner.nnThis location is close to our home and we are trying to keep giving you our business, but we are on the verge of taking our business elsewhere.

The staffs were very unkind and they didn't close the lid of my hot coffee completely so I got coffee stain on my new expensive top!! What a mess! I won't be there again.
