We purchased a piano recently from Artistic Piano Service and it has been a wonderful experience from start to finish. Eric spent a lot of time with us, showing us the sound of each piano that we were considering. We learned the strengths and characteristics of each. This made our decision more decisive. They also arranged the delivery and set up of the piano within a reasonable amount of time. As I told my wife, Eric is not a piano salesman, but an honest man who sells good quality, pre-owned pianos at a fair price.
I am 100% satisfied with the tuning. I am also happy to have met Eric Carlson. He provided me with good information about my piano as well as other options (my piano falls below my personal expectations, but it was free on CL and I love to play). He is genuinely interested in music and is happy to share his knowledge about pianos and related community events and businesses. I trust his expertise and his commitment to his customers. Note: You may want to leave a bit of a window open when scheduling a tuning to be prepared for adjusting the appointment time. I have yet to visit the showroom in Waterford, but it sounds like they are willing to work with people to help them get a good piano in their home.
