Had a friend that had an emergency fridge situation.nThe sales rep (mike) talked them through getting the dimensions for the space available in the house. Stayed open late and kept the warehouse open for us to pick it up. All while being pleasant and understanding to the dire situation at hand.nWas not pushy and did not try to force a brand, style or price.nnSuper helpful.nExtremely knowledgeable.nWilling to go the extra mile.nGreat attitude.

Michael Lena was very professional, friendly and knowledgeably. I went in without an appointment and was in and out in no time with exactly what I needed. The best part was I needed a stove with no clue on what to buy. Within 10 minutes and his assistance I was guided to the perfect one at a great price point. I bought a full set of appliances from Grand Appliance just about three years ago. Kevin the manager assisted me with my purchase back then. He made the whole process very easy for me!! Now, three years later, we are downsizing to a condo from a house and leaving our beautiful appliances in the house. The appliances in the condo definitely need some updating, and I knew just where to go! I am equidistant from several Grand Appliance stores, but I chose to go back to Racine because of Kevin! Once again, he made my shopping experience very, very easy. It is quite overwhelming when shopping for several different appliances, but Kevin made it enjoyable. I will recommend Kevin specifically to anyone that is in need of appliances.

Mike Lena was great! We were able to quickly pick out a new washing machine! Mike gave us some helpful advice! Plenty of space to social distance and everyone was respectful of other people’s space. Thank you, Mike! Hopefully we don’t need another appliance anytime soon, but we’ll be back when we do!

Looking for a new refrigerator and range. Not in a hurry to get them. The sales associate (Kevin) was attentive but not pushy. Answered our questions and showed us several options. We found what we liked and it was a smooth process to complete the transaction.
