Had these guys install a 10+ year old set of subs with amp I had lying around. Charged a good price and did a nice clean install that works excellent. Would highly recommend

They put speakers / amp/ deck on my Harley Davidson 3 years ago.been great , all of sudden I just had a speaker not working, told me to swing in Saturday they fix the problem and didn’t even charge me. That’s great service!! Best work around!! Sound is spectacular on bike too. They definitely know what works.Also had remote starts in both our cars. Works awesome. Will highly recommend!! Had my windshield replaced by safelight auto and found out later that my remote stopped working. Stopped at sound decisions where we bought the remote and explained what happened . They checked it out and found out that the windshield place damaged the wire leading to the remote antenna. They fixed the connection and reprogrammed the remote no charge !!

Very pour experience. Bought a radio and speakers 3 years ago today radio faulted and they told me the radio is bad and it’s not under warranty anymore ok I only drive the car 6 months out of the year so I really only used it for 1 1/2 years. So I have to pay full price for a new one. Ok no problem when can you get it done not for 2-3 weeks. Really spent almost $1000 the first time for everything now buy another radio for full price and wait. How long could it take to take out the old radio and install the exact same radio? 30 minutes maybe? But you can not take 30 minutes for a existing customer. Well guess who will not get another dime from me. I will make sure everyone I know won’t spend money there. All friendly until you have a problem then it is 2-3 weeks. Don’t be fooled not even a offer for a discount. But you don’t stand behind your product. Never go back.nnMark, I appreciate your disappointment that we couldn't work on your car at the end of the day. But we still had to scheduled cars yet to do. I will give you a call tomorrow and see if we can squeeze you before the holiday weekendnnIt’s not the fact you couldn’t look at it then. It’s waiting almost 3 weeks to replace the deck. Since it’s already installed replacement should be slide the old one out unplug it and plug in the new one and slide it back in. It’s not even been used for probably a total of a years time since purchasing. The car isn’t a daily driver and the deck is bad? Worked fine last Thursday and got in it today and it doesn’t work. So it went bad sitting in my garage? Is it a common problem for the deck?
