I have had a horrible experience with this store. I got into an arguement with the manager and when I told him I know my rights he told me I know nothing about my rights. Well I will be contacting The Better Business Bureau as well as my lawyer. I was completely lied to and the manager would not hear anything I had to say. I had to keep repeating myself and getting louder just to over power his voice. He preceded to tell me he was not the one that dealt with me and didnt care what I had to say. I will also be contacting corporate as well as Contact Fox 6. There is reason that Rent A Center got kicked out of Wisconsin. Very upset angry and unhappy customer.

Went in to buy a TV and sound bar a year ago. Needed them and to help build my credit up. Randy, Scott and tanya's help was amazing. They were knowledgeable about their product and worked with with me to keep it in my price range. They never pushed and made things easy for me. After I paid off the TV I ended up buying a great kitchen table set. Thanks you guys!

My husband and I have been dealing with this place for a year now and all I can say is find a different place to get your stuff from, the people that work here aren't very professional the are very rude and for one we bought a extended warranty with our tv and we had a power surge one night and when we woke up the next morning our tv wouldn't come on so I called they they came out got the tv and when I finally found out some news which it took over a week for them to tell me that the extended warranty that we have been paying for won't cover it the people that work here don't know hope to run a good business period but before you make the mistake I did go else where I don't recommend buying any electronics from them had very horrible experience
