Aaron was amazing in his customers service and resolve. Had a major hard drive failure and he was able to get all my information off the hard drive and more. He is a professional and knows what he is doing. Trust that the big box chains will not help you like Harbor PC will. Thank you guys for your help and the cost was actually not bad considering the importance of my data on the failed drive
Walked in with 100$ and these guys hooked me up big time on top of that they gave me a free cooler for the cpu because mine didn't fit the new case chat for some time and it was super fun for sure going back when I build my next pc
For the cost of a new solid state hard drive, turned my ten year old failing desktop with i7 chip into better than when I bought it. Took a while but he knew what he was doing.
