Walked into the Apple store with a broken phone. Showed them the phone & we discussed my apple care. They told me I had to have an appointment, but since I bought the phone at Best Buy I could go there to get it taken care of. Made an appointment with Best Buy of Racine, which is an hour from my house because it’s the ONLY place that had an appointment. Drove all the way down & they refused to take it. Complete waste of my time....3 hours of my day AND all the gas money for driving. Communication between companies & what’s acceptable with things like this should be consistent across the board. I’d like to be reimbursed for my time & gas.
Had the computer cable I needed. Would have been 5 stars but checkout was extremely slow.
They don't have nearly the amount of stock in stores anymore. They can order it for you, but it will take a couple of days.
I don't know why anyone shops at best buy anymore. I went to Greenfield and the Racine store and had to do my own research before I went. I knew that they had the product in stock but the associate didn't. I remember going to Best Buy was the best place to get your information and get your research information. Sorry best buy ☹
