T-mobile has horrible coverage in this area. Internet barely works at best. Sometimes not at all. I travel for work and this is by far the worst coverage area I have been in. Don't know how full bars = no coverage... Not a phone problem as it works perfectly in other areas. Don't use TMobile if you live in the Mount Pleasant area you will regret it!

Still very unhappy with tmobile buying Sprint and absolutely destroying everything I liked about Sprint.nnEspecially the upgrade program... not the fault of this store, but still a huge mark taken away from Tmobile as a whole.

Worst customer service whoever I was taking about. It was a simple question and this dude was giving me an attitude talking about repeating himself and that I have to wait on the phone 20 min for the manager it was simple question. Then I try to call back 2 times and no one was picking up. I’m calling T-Mobile cooperate customer service right now to complain about this place.

Sure I dig Sprint, been with them for about 20 years now. But lemme lay it on you- Todd at the Racine store is a total bummer! Every time our family needs an upgrade, we all hope and pray that Todd isn't working. But he is... sigh...nnThis cat is rude and presumptious and a weird mix of depression and arrogance. My daughter said today as we left the shadows of the Sprint parking lot in late afternoon heat that we need to start shopping at the Pleasant Prairie store instead. Good idea and good riddance. Todd, you and your store sucks the big one.
