Nick and Ilana were EXTREMELY helpful and patient with me. I had a situation that required me coming back to the store several times and every time they were both extremely patient and helpful.
Store was busy so it took a while to be waited on. Tried to set up my esim card on my Galaxy S20+ and found out it is not supported in the US. The staff was very helpful but I was disappointed with the results.
As many people now know, T-Mobile and Sprint have merged. We tried to switch from Sprint to T-Mobile, but a) there are NO incentives for switching; b) T-Mobile staff not yet trained on how to switch people...ughn..
Aj, Dwight, and Cynthia all were amazing. They helped me get started with a bunch of cool new devices and made sure I understood what each did! And questions I had, they answered! When I left if had zero issues with my devices and new how to use them! Very good team of people.
It’s a very fast server and there not 1,200$
