I am giving 1 star due to the poor attitude and aggressive nature of the cake designer. There were a couple mistakes with my daughters 2nd bday cake. And when I asked for it to be fixed she was combative and seemed annoyed. In this sort of business customer service is key. There was never an apology for moving the design of the cake around and from the angry way she spoke to me I wouldn't trust anything she handed me (my opinion) to eat after so I decided to walk away with no cake.So I warn anyone buying a cake that if you don't like the design, the cake designer is not a pleasant person to discuss changes with.
Super awesome quality, and always very fresh! There's a little space up some stairs, that's great for a meetings, working alone on a Workstation, or just chilling and enjoying some refreshments. Side note: they know all sorts of interesting background on the actual bakery products. Its wierd but kind of fascinating.
