This place takes 2 way too long and they even messed up my order that was a simple one.

Bad service. Wasn't welcomed, 4 employees but yet not 1 smiled I felt ignored, my order took forever. 4 donuts thrown the bag what a mess, order 4 everything bagels. Got 1 of each. There was no supervision, was like being in a high school hallway. Save your time and money and go to Kwik Trip!!!
Me and my friend came here everyday during the summer and the coffee was fantastic always consistent with flavor. We always order a iced caramel latte and recently they have not been able to get the flavor right. It either tastes like burnt coffee or watered down milk. I don’t know if it has anything to do with the new staff but we will not be coming back to this Dunkin’.
In the middle of a pandemic, I’ve visited this location four times and not a single time were the associates wearing masks or gloves. Outside of Covid, it’s disgusting that food service workers are touching your food without gloves. Drive the extra distance to Washington, this location is gross.
