Went for a simple number for my phone spent half my day here its like the dmv really unprofessional So now it's the next day and what I went to tmobile for in the first place failed should I go back and let them try to get it right sure update coming store on Washington

Honestly this was one of the best experiences I've had with T-Mobile lately. We've been having a lot of issues with customer service mainly. Ale was so super sweet and really listened to what I came in for instead of just trying to sell me the latest and greatest. She helped me with everything and I really appreciated it. I love my phone so much and I'm so happy I got her. Thanks so much!!

Sales persons were friendly and definitely trying, but I left my old phone and my new one at the store for 3 hours waiting for my pictures, contacts, apps to transfer from my iPhone 7 to my iPhone 8 Plus (which shouldn’t be difficult).. came back about when they closed, they did not tell me everything was NOT uploaded to my new and shoved me out of the store. And when I got in my car I realized literally half of all my phone didn’t transfer, if I would’ve know this was going to happen I would’ve taken my old phone and saved all my pictures on my computer, but I was assured if “I got the new phone today” everything would be there. Really upset.. not impressed..
