I ordered top soil a week ago. They missed the delivery date so I called at 1130 in the morning and they finally showed up at 455! Then the driver was more worried about his rusted, dented truck than my trees. He just broke them and ripped the branches off! I have had a dump truck go under those trees without breaking a branch and spread gravel, but this guy was in too much of a hurry I guess. I’m sooo disappointed, especially since they were recommended by a friend. I will say that the driver who delivered my gravel was nice and polite. This guy could take some lessons!!

I called this place to get fill soil for my garden and the woman at the front was very short with me. She kept saying that her soil is too wet when it actually was dry for a few days. I ended up needing to drive all the way to Burlington just to get soil when Ericksons is very close to my house. I ended up needing another yard of soil and called Ericksons and again got a short answer but I was allowed to come get some soil. When I went to go pick it up nobody was at the front and I sat there for a good 20 minutes. finally one of the boys who must work there over the summer helped us out. I’ve bought stone from here before and it is completely overpriced. Honestly there is a place in Burlington called Arbor image and I would use them any day over this company.

We had a similar bad experience with the owner, Kay. We went there to pick out landscape stone and decided to ask about other services, as we need our property graded and seeded. We talked to 2 young men and another gentleman who enthusiastically helped us pick out stone, and told us to email our survey to them so they could give us a price on grading and seeding. We did that on a Saturday, and heard.........nothing. My husband called and Kay promised him a quote and we heard........nothing. He called again and she was in her car and told him she would call him and we heard.......nothing. Foolishly, we gave it one more try, he called on the following Friday and she told him that they could not give a price based on the survey, that they had to come out to the property. She set the appointment up, and then we got an email 2 hours later telling us that they were too busy to make the appointment, that we should find someone else. Seriously? We lost an entire week waiting to hear from her, and then she blows us off. I can only surmise that the reason people keep going there is because the guys are so helpful, it certainly isn't for Kay's customer service skills. She is rude and acts like she is going you a favor when she talks to you. Very disappointing!

Very nice people. Great service and high quality product. Very good pricing as well. I received high quality, dyed mulch for the same price as a competitor who's sample was basically a handful of dirt with a few pieces of wood in it. Also, I'm pretty sure they delivered more mulch than I asked for, but maybe I over estimated what I would need.
