The staff here is awesome. They are very helpful and never make you feel rushed. Not to mention the phone service is the most affordable and quality that I have came across!
Reyna and her hot assistant were really helpful they help me fix my phone then they transfer everything into my new phone they are the sweetest worker I Interacted with. Im going to go again and again. They made me feel like family they love making conversation with the customer.
Horible customer service the 2 ladies are not knowledgeable and are very rude they act like you incovinance them with any quetion you have i have been with metro pcs for 3 years after my service today im swiching
