Madeline was extremely knowledgeable and helpful today. She clearly explained the changes to our account, and was able to get us the best value for our cell service. Most positive experience I’ve had with At&t in quite some time.

Kendra is seriously the best person to work with there. She is very sweet, kind and fully knowledgeable of her job and performes beyond what is expected. I have never been treated so kindly by a person and will be returning to this store just for her! I love her spunk and upbeat personality and she was so sweet with my kids!

I can't say enough good things about this place especially Kendra. Not only is she very professional. She made me feel welcome. I know it is weird to say how a phone company makes you feel so comfortable and warming but Kendra made me feel that way. I will definitely be back thanks to her.
