Starting out I'm 73 years young and it is very difficult for me to learn new tricks. The gentle man who helped me find out how to do a virtual call with my doctor was very patient and so very helpful. I will recommend Verizon to all friends and family. I believe the man's name was Luke

Ryan was extremely helpful. After spending over 5 1/2 hours on the Verizon chat line and call line to find out my order was still not approved and I had to have device shipped to my home (use a day of vacation), Ryan processed my order in less than half an hour and I was able to pick my device up at their store.
