AT&T Store

Today and July 18 I went into the AT&T store to get my screen protector replaced, I had been there on June 18 and unfortunately needed it replaced at that time. On June 18 I walked in with my phone shows the employee what was wrong with my screen protector and he changed it without a question ask he said yes that’s ours and replace it immediately very very kindly. Today unless the assumption that the same thing would happen due to my screen breaking unfortunately once again I asked to have the screen protector replaced and this individual rudely asked me for my license did not give me the time of day and said that’s not ours I couldn’t of gotten is there. She said that whoever replaces must have done it wrong then because that was not the way they do it. I explain that I’d like to see a receipt from when I purchased the phone there as I have many other times at that location I am a very good customer, she then told me there was nothing she could do. I became a little too upset and cursed about the service I then asked for a number to call to give a complaint she referred me to611. Unfortunately I walked outside and stood there and dial 611 and spoke with that representative who informed me she could do nothing because it was not a corporate store and there was different policies in place. I then went back into the store and attempted to be a civil customer and ask for her corporate number so that I could file a complaint she could not give me the information and told me she was going to call the police if I wasn’t going to leave so I told her all I wanted was the phone number she said she didn’t have it he was calling the police so I left very very upset. I bought my iPhone 11 promax at that location just as I have done with all my upgrade at that location and have run into very little trouble other than today which was extremely aggravating and causes great anxiety in my day. I don’t plan on going back to that store to visit that employee but to hopefully visit a different employee as I have before without a problem. I don’t understand why am June 18 my screen protector could be replaced at no charge or question but today nothing could be done for me not even a helpful bit of information to tell me how to go about my replacement lifetime replacement as it was sold to me. Please tell me how we can work this out because it is not my fault that I was told lifetime warranty walk in we place for free did so one attempt for the second time unfortunately and nothing happened other than being told I was going to be called on to the police.

It appears every few years that my life changes and every few years with att my phone bill gets lower. Then I buy new stuff it goes up then I go back and they find some way to save.

Everyone is always so friendly and knowledgeable, and I was in and out with no problems.

Usually pretty decent place. The girl that was working today needs some training on customer service.

There was a employee working at 4:50pm today. She had blonde hair and she was so extremely rude. She was giving us bad looks and a attitude. She didn’t help us figure out what we needed help with and just told us to call a robot even though we kept telling her it wasn’t working for us. Once my grandpa came in she treated him so nicely and I just think that’s not right to treat others with no respect. Very unhelpful! I won’t be coming back to this AT&T because of her.
