Staff is wonderful! I feel like there has been a significant reduction in merchandise. Popular brands such a Rock Republic are no longer being offered. The merchandise seems to be very bland now. Disappointed in the selections.
We found some nice dress clothes for my son's upcoming job interviews but they had not even one dressing room open. I understand it's due to COVID but this makes it a difficult to buy clothes in store as online. Very few smaller sizes.
Kohl's used to have great merch at great prices when in sale. Merch is still good but I noticed what used to be 50 per can't off is now only 40 and I saw a lot more but one get one 1/2 off, a dumb marketing ploy I never fall for. Store aisles were not as packed with clothes, more end of season items had deep discounts and sizes were more limited. I'm a size 12 and although I'd like to be a size 6 because selections in that size were in abundance, I had a hard time finding something I liked in my size. Another marketing mistake?
Good place to look for Clarence especially if you have a coupon
