The service was awful. Deli took the order and messed it up. They called me at home twice to ask about the order. When I picked up the cake the order was still wrong. I bought one of their preemade cakes because I didn’t want to wait. I asked the baker to add some balloons on the cake and she said they would have to charge me. Really!!! And then tried to make me feel guilty because they would have to eat the cost of a cake that they screwed up. I will never order from Walmart bakery again. Awful awful awful customer service.
My mom recently purchase me a Graduation cake and it was actually “ wedding cake” and it was lopsided and it didn’t look like a wedding cake and the frosting was sloppy the white frosting had yellow spots. It wasn’t all the way baked in the center.
