Been with verizon for a very long time more then 4 yrs before that I had verizon pre paid. 2 yrs ago I reviewed this location as 5 stars unfortunately the customer service has gone down since then. Even though there is a different Verizon store 10 mins from my house I have always drove 30 mins to this store because they are so helpful but not anymore. Also I thought they were a corporate store but they are not.
