have frequented this location for years, recently i decided to not return! which is sad, because they have the best smoothies! every time we use the drive through, we are immediately told to park and wait for our food after paying. we're not even given our drinks, ever. it is always a lengthy wait, even when they're only two customers. one time we immediately started to eat our food after it was finally brought out, we were on a time constraint. to my surprise, a worker came to tells us to move, that we could Not eat in that spot, even though it wasn't presently needed. today, after waiting a long time for a cinnamon roll, oatmeal + 2 drinks, we were given no napkins + No silverware for the oatmeal. once again we were on a time constraint so there wasn't much i could do for that $18 experience. not going back anymore, will go somewhere else for smoothies + bagels.

Easy checkout. Very helpful manager and staff. Online or in person order were a breeze and goodness, the cinnamon crunch bagel.. to die forud83dude01

Food was delicious, but I needed to contact someone to see if it was possible to get a receipt reprinted and the phone does not get answered and there is no option to leave a voice-mail. Tried multiple times at different times and tried multiple options in their call tree. Zero customer service after the fact.

Food is excellent, but every time I go there, and it has been for either just soup or soup and a sandwich and have to pull over and wait 20 minutes. I am not the only one waiting either. Seems a bit ridiculous.

Expensive but healthy and delicious options. The drive-thru is pretty slow and it's frustrating to wait so long, pay so much, and only receive half the order when trying to grab a quick lunch and get back to work. No one answers the phone as mentioned in another review, requiring more time and gas to correct the issue more than once.
