Without a doubt the best music store in the Point/Plover area. The staff is willing to talk to anyone and help them with their needs. They encourage you to play the instruments, and don't mind if you accidentally turn it up to 11! My go-to music store, very reasonably priced, best selection, knowledgeable staff

NUMBER ONE IN CUSTOMER CARE AFTER PURCHASE! They took care of all my warranty needs on a multi thousand dollar instrument. This is the difference between a shop like Heid and online or big chain stores. Heid takes care of there customers! Love these folks! Keep up the good work.

I'm currently renting a instrument from here (for my son) and it's in Excellent condition, the process was WAY easy, & Prices are very affordable, and they delivered it to my sons school in Wausau for free!nRecently, We had to exchange it for a bigger size. We stopped in the store last weekend and they made the switch out easy & quickly.nThat was also our first time in the store and the store is amazing! Huge variety!
