Penske is normally a great company. I would still recommend them, just NOT this location. Gibbs was very rude to me. His customer service skills need some serious work.
Our experience was a great one. The truck was fantastic. The lift gate made our lives so easy!!! The best part of our rental, by far, was Corey! He understands customer service and is an incredible representative of this company. We will be back because of him!!!! Thank you Corey.
The service at this location used to be so good. The management must have made a change because the new manager is awful to work with. Completely unaccommodating is how I would describe my experience. I'm going to be going to U-Haul for my future needs.
First time ever needing to rent a truck for personal matters. Searched everywhere for good prices, certain truck needs, close/flexible with specific things.
Once getting ahold of someone, it didn’t take long before getting a call about a truck available. Talking to the Employee over the phone was pleasant, quick, detailed & professional. Going in & filling out forms & getting truck; Lot was clean, trucks were clean, inside the building was clean. Employees were very nice, had humor, respectful, understanding & especially the one employee here. Outstanding & So Kind!!! We appreciate the help & care!
Best rental experience! Staff was friendly and knowledgeable and got us a deal at the last minute on a 3 day weekend. Would recommend over and over!
