When I bought my gas range they had very good pricing. They even ordered one in for me because they didn't have the one I wanted. They also were able to convert it from natural gas to propane. It is nice that we have an appliance store within Amery that has knowledgeable service technicians. They offer much better service and support than any big box store would. If you buy local from them you will be buying from a business that can support your appliance purchase if a breakdown should occur.
They are always very helpful. We have used them in the past to fix our appliances with great results.
Purchased a Maytag oven from them and found out the Aqualift self cleaning is a joke and really does nothing. I called them and they said I would have to call Maytag's customer service. I thought this is why I purchased locally to have them figure out why this is happening. I expected more from them for being a loyal customer for many years.

Got a nice deal on an entry level refrigerator. The entire transaction was handled over email and phone. Apple River's delivery and removal options matched prices with Best Buy and Sears, and I was able to buy locally. Delivery came with in 5 minutes of the promised time, service was great. All in all a great experience would buy from here again.
