Needed a mower belt and thought I'd check there. The manager was very helpful and she worked with me. I left the store with the part I needed at the price I wanted. Thanks for your help! Saved me a trip to Hudson or Red Wing.
Never again. Don't waste your time. I was told one thing over the phone, and it was totally different when I got there. New management sucks. The old manager was so much better!!! They need to close.
We needed a new freezer and they were sold out everywhere! Kristy was so helpful. She sold us a freezer and we were able to do everything over the phone, being that we live in Eau Claire. She was very accommodating. I definitely will keep Sears Hometown-River Falls in mind for my next appliance purchases.
New owner Jesse runs a nice looking place. Very helpful and took the time to explain the good/bad with my appliance choices I came in looking for. With his recommendations, I changed up a few items that would treat me better. They will have my business going forward. Shop local!
A big THANK YOU to sears hometown RF. I just have to say, Cole is the best!! He helped me find a new refrigerator that would fit our space(It was in stock and on clearance!!!!) super sweet to my rambunctious toddler (he gave him candy and snacks!) and was great conversation! Not only did Cole help me get exactly what I needed for my home he was continuously helping others in the store and on the phone. Way to run the show, Cole!
