Such a beautiful setting with people who are professional and bring their heart to their work. I enjoyed an outdoor Yoga session with Della and a massage with Micheal. Both practitioners were kind, respectful and skilled in their practice. After leaving the massage with Micheal today, I felt as though I discovered an essential self-care practice that has been missing from my life. I will be back!!
