Needed a new phone upgrade quickly for my new job. All three employees were knowledgeable & friendly. In and out in less than an hour. I’ve always had great experiences with this Verizon store in the past. Highly recommend visiting this store when you’re in need.

Love this store!!! owning a business and being busy I can ALWAYS count on Dawson to get me in and out of the store. he gets me what I need and always makes sure my bill is correct, Dawson is the only reason I go into the store he doesn’t make me agree to anything I don’t need or want!! Awesome customer service!!!

We had an issue with billing from Verizon that wasn’t what Dawson told us when we got a “family” plan. Huge differences in what he said and what Verizon actually billed us. Another problem is with the receipt we got from here, it doesn’t describe what we purchased as far as plan we purchased with new phones. We asked for added line on a family plan and got 2 separate lines. We were left to foot the bill cor this mistake.nAlso, with a new iPhone and promotion, was suppose to get 6 months of Apple Music but not the case.

A previous rep elsewhere swapped my phone over from a old flippy phone to a smart phone. After I had some questions I visited the local verizon to get some help. Eric was a phenomenal help. He took one look at my account and noticed i didnt have autopay or my military discount set up. He helped me create my app logins to get my checking account entered, and helped for over an hour as support reps still could not figure out why the military site wasn't connecting. I will be back monday for his expertise after the military site is fixed, thank you!
