We took a long drive on a beautiful day, determined to stop in Stockholm at the pie shop before they closed for the day. We each ordered a sandwich and a piece of pie. Staff were so very friendly and pleasant and we enjoyed browsing in the unique gift shop until our order was brought to us. Tully, the dog, roamed the gift shop and appeared to be right at home. What a sweet dog! Right next door was an open area with umbrella tables scattered in a garden type setting where we sat to eat our delicious and generous sandwiches and scrumptious pie! A worker came out to clean tables, along with Tully, who casually sniffed around. We were so glad to have stopped here! The food was great! The town is charming!

Great pies here but can get a little bit busy at peak times so the daily pie board can be cruel in getting you excited only to pull that away at the very end. Still - whatever you end up with you should be pretty darn happy.nAs of late they seem to manage traffic fairly well and promote adequate spacing inside while waiting your turn to order.
Stockholm's Pie reputation made their store a Must on our 900 mile road trip and we definitely agree with the well earned superlatives. The crust couldn't be better, the berry filling fresh and generous. After consuming our slices, my wife inquired about the Birthday Slice sign on the wall which is good for a free piece of pie on your birthday. She giggled a reply that it was her birthday (78, but you didn't hear that from me) and was presented with another choice of pie. What a great place!
