Best cupcakes ever! The owners are wonderful people that have a passion for what they do.
Moist with a nice crumb, over all the cupcakes are very good. Red Velvet were chocolatey with just the right amount of red. Always good to find a bakery that can find the perfect balance between the choclate and red flavors where one doesn't cover the other. The Cream Cheese Frosting was smooth and well portioned. Choclate Ganache Kit-Kat were almost perfect. The problem being the Kit-Kats. Just sprinkled on top they were a little soggy from the incredible ganache. One of the things that make Kit-Kats is the crispy wafers. When they lose that crispness they're just not as good. They were much better with out them. This is a real need a cold glass of milk cupcake. The Cupcake-a-rhee truck is worth the stop and the wait in line.
The cupcakes are AMAZING and Bob and Ellen are the nicest people you will ever meet!! (Clarence is pretty awesome too!!) They have a great thing going here and I hope they are in business forever!!!!
