Do NOT use this company. Ordered 20 yards of screened top soil after describing we wanted to use to top dress and were reassured this was great “screened” topsoil for the job. It contained hundreds of golf ball sized rocks and larger, large sticks and large hard clumps of dirt. This was not screened well at all. Company accused us of lying and asked for proof which we provided. See photos. Now our acre and a half yard is littered in rocks. Horrible company, horrible product!!
Poor costumer service. Impossible to get a hold of... Did our lawn last fall before the first frost. Dale said he would return in spring and re-seed due to poor coverage in fall and never came back. Have called on five different occasions with no response. If you want a lawn with patches of dirt everywhere you found your company.
I have been a very satisfied customer for many years.
Received a call confirming delivery within the hour, waited just shy of two hours for delivery. I called shortly after the hour and the guy on the phone got mad at me, told me to be patient! I had many other things to do that could have been done if I only knew they would take too long!!! Purchased 4 yards, delivery looked more like 2.5 - 3... now I have to order more but NOT from this place!!!
