The owner of this store is unreal. He is just amazing. Every time i go there, he is super sweet, remembers people orders, no matter how rare they come in, their families, etc. I highly recommend and suggest everyone supports this business.

I've been to other Big Apple Bagels, but this is the best one so far. You can tell the owner truly cares. He is friendly with his regulars, and I daresay he remembers all their names. Once you sit down with your food, if the owner is on duty, he will make sure everything is to your liking and make sure you havr everything you need. You will feel like you're being served at a fine dining restaurant even though it has the speed of fast food.

Joe is always so kind, personable and remembers my Mom's favorite order every time I stop there to pick up for her. Just wish they had gluten free bagels and bakery so my family could eat more than just a salad there.

Always amazing. It's been the same owner since I was in high school. Dude is amazing, always makes incredible food, attention to detail. The thing about a great restaurant is consistency, and this man has that down perfectly. It's always exactly the quality I remember, every sing time. I love the turkey club or turkey and havarti, toasted. The cheese melts in your mouth. I will always return as long as this man is making delicious food.
